-Provide a non-profit, mutually supportive, regional space for Latin America and the Caribbean for the promotion, dissemination and exchange of knowledge and good experiences related to Inclusive Disaster Risk Management with emphasis on people with disabilities.
-Promote the inclusion and full participation of people with disabilities in the disability and their families in all phases of disaster risk management, based on human rights and in accordance with the International Convention on the Human Rights of People with Disabilities, the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction will be developed and implemented.
Promote wide participation in events and related processes.
Provide advocacy on the importance of a fully inclusive approach to decision-making at all levels and in all spheres of action, in political and training spaces.

The Inclusive Risk Management Network for Disasters in Latin America and the Caribbean is created to promote effective participation and inclusion of people with disabilities and is made up of the following members:
